Luther and I have a range of crucial tasks we require your help and management of while we are. We have listed them below in order of importance, but please use the treasury and town's resources as a priority to prepare in our stead.

Below are the tasks and we shall return as soon as we can to bolster defence and prepare for any threats that may arise.

- Sheriff to conduct a quick census of all fighting-age men, women and villagers who can assist with construction, materials and siege defence.
- Sheriff/Dwain to brief and mobilise the town and declare temporary martial law to keep order.
