I have been watching your Phasmaphobia streams on Twitch for quite some time now, I understand your team possesses unique and highly sharpened ghost-hunting skills I so desperately seek. I apologize if this seems rather odd, but I would like to get right to my problem, as it has preyed on my mind for many nights, and I would like to see an end to it ASAP.

Recently my father - Mr. Henry Findley - has died, and I have inherited his entire estate, including a manor house called Langdon Hall. Our relationship had been estranged, to say the least. Aside from the drinking, we stopped speaking to each other due to his unfortunate vice of betting on horses. To be frank, my father has squandered the Findley fortune. I have inherited very little save for debt and disgrace. I have no love for this manor and I seek to sell it off to pay for my father's debt. However, no one will go near it because many of the locals claim that it is haunted.
I would ask the services of the D3railed team to stay the night at Langdon Hall and either prove the house is clean of spirits, or rid us of these dreadful souls. I wish only to sell this wretched manor and be done with it.
