This contract ("Agreement") is made on the 3rd day of Highsun, 1492 DR, between Mssr Victoro Casselantar ("Client") and Shortsong Enterprises ("Company").
1. Scope of Services. The Company agrees to lease to the Client the services of Mr. Croup, a vampire footman, for a period of six months, beginning on the date of this Agreement. Mr. Croup will be responsible for providing punitive & clandestine services to the Client as directed.
2. Payment. The Client agrees to pay the Company a total of 15,000 gold pieces per month for the services of Mr. Croup, payable
at the beginning of each month.
3. Confidentiality. The Company and Mr. Croup agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information learned during the course of providing services to the Client, and will not disclose any such information without the Client's written consent.
4. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' Sent notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client will pay the Company for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nature and the divine will of the Gloaming Court.
