I know this is kind of weird but believe me this is weird for me too. I know I’m not the best with expressing my feelings so I usually just buy gifts that explained how I felt but I wanted to try something new. Jaden words can't describe how you make me feel, or how much I love you so I hope this letter explains my feelings for you the best way possible.

I’m doing this to let you know that I love you. I know that you don't love me the same way that's why I’m doing all this extra stuff so you can get a glimpse into how much you mean to me. I've loved you since sophomore year but I could never admit that it was truly love so I always brushed it off as a crush, but as we got older and closer my feelings grew stronger.

I know it will be awhile before you ever see this since you're in Iowa right now and that you'll be moving there shortly but I honestly wish you the best in life. I won't regret writing this but I do regret not telling you sooner.

The difference between love for me and love for you is... Love for me was always you. But love for you was always him and I knew I could never be him or mean as much to you like he does so I've always loved you from a distance. I don't want this to be a goodbye but if this is where our paths go separate ways, I hope your life is filled with nothing but the best and that Iowa treats you well.
