Dear Alexandra,
Life at war is gruesome. A lot of people are getting very sick(Source K). Our living conditions are terrible. There are rats everywhere(Source B). There is no way to dispose of human waste(Source H). I have yet to venture out of the trench, but when I do I will have to wear so much on me. A couple of these things include a gas mask, bayonet, grenades, and a helmet(Source F). Everyone really misses their families. I think that's what really is killing everyone. Love and miss you with all of my heart.
