Dear parent/guardian,

I am writing a letter to you today in regards to Benji. Benji is an energetic student who always enjoys games and creative activities that keep him focused. However, recently Benji has exhibited some negative behaviour with him shouting back at myself and teaching assistants in the classroom, fighting with other students and has had to be reminded of gentle hands with our classroom pet. 


Indeed, Benji also does seem to not enjoy out literacy lessons especially with his strongest outbursts during these sessions. With his homework, I have noticed he is having some dfifculty with our reading book and analysing sentences we are looking at. This letter is one to invite you in to have a meeting with me and a teaching assistant to work on the next steps with Benji and see what we can possibly do to support him.
