Dear Roy,
Thank you for informing me on this incident. I feel like we should just go back to the drawing board, we do not have enough funding to hire a lawyer. Also, the money made from the 'Alice' cartoons have dropped by fifteen percent. We may soon be going into debt, the loans from last year are starting to hurt our company.
Signed, Walt Disney.

Dear Mother
Just a line to let you know that I got the fags on Tuesday. I thank you very much for sending them… They have stopped the weekend passes as there are a lot of absences, but I shall ask the Captain for permission to come on a pass. We are going to the front on the 19 of November. Dear mother, do not worry about me for by God’s help I shall come home well. Give my love to Lillie, Kitty and Freddie and tell him I will come and see him by and by. You will receive 3/0 shilling from me and the same from the War Office which will make six all together. Give my love to all… This is all at present.
So goodbye from your loving son, Steve

Accordingly he signed the... | Hitherto I had thought only slavery dreadful; but the state of a free negro appeared to me now equally so at least, and in some respects even worse, for they live in constant alarm for their liberty; and even this is but nominal, for they are universally insulted and plundered without the possibility of redress; for such is the equity of the West Indian laws, that no free negro's evidence will be admitted in their courts of justice. In this situation is it surprising that slaves, when mildly treated, should prefer even the misery of slavery to such a mockery of freedom?

This produced copious perspirations, so that the air soon became unfit for respiration, from a variety of loathsome smells, and brought on a sickness among the slaves, of which many died, thus falling victims to the improvident avarice, as I may call it, of their purchasers. This wretched situation was again aggravated by the galling of the chains, now become insupportable; and the filth of the necessary tubs, into which the children often fell, and were almost suffocated. The shrieks of the women, and the groans of the dying, rendered the whole a scene of horror almost inconceivable.

You may be wondering "who are you?" and that's completely understandable. It has been a while and I did fall off the map for a bit there.
My name is F. R. Southerland. You may know me as Rose Marie Wolf, author of the Moon Series. Same author, different presence. I recently re-branded myself and this is my new home on the web.
I hope the change isn't very confusing.
If this is your first time discovering me, welcome!
I'm glad you're here and hope you stick around to check out my books and writing updates. There's a Facebook page, a blog, and a Twitter where you can further acquaint (or reacquaint) yourself with me.
Thank you for visiting and happy reading!

Dear Mr Corringham,
In the unlikely event of you reading this, the place you are in is crawling with an unknown form of ghastly spirits that can (and will) posses intelligent life forms.
Life forms that are possessed by an "unknown", will usually appear with grey skin, bleeding and scarred noses, limbs and head, and furthermore, torn clothes, This is because the possessing is highly stressful to the host, and the host will almost always vigorously fight back.
I also probably died about 100 years ago, because of this phenomenon, so you should be most cautiously prepared for a series of unexpected and abnormal events... In the worst case scenario, use should evacuate immediately. Make sure not to take too many chances, but try to work out what the unknowns are.
As far as I know the possession cannot be reversed, (I sincerely hope that none of your loved ones are in danger - or worse, under this possession) but hopefully you will work out more than I did before I was killed... This is a grave warning, and I am incredibly sorry to alarm you - but the truth must eventually be said...
Sincerely,
Jack Corringham.

just in case you haven't heard about a wedding wine ceremony...it's really simple but yet so romantic.
You and your bride or groom simply write love letters to each other a few days before the wedding and seal them, not letting the other read the letter.
During the ceremony a bottle of wine is placed inside along with your love letters to each other and then the box is sealed by locking the two locks at that time.
You also decide on the date or anniversary date that you want to open the box, whether it is 1 year, 5 years, 10...etc.
You then open the box and open the letters and drink the wine on that date that the two of you have set together.
It is such a significant and romantic way to remember how you felt about each other right before your wedding day and hopefully you can agree that when you "Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be."
Should at any time before that date that you feel there is a need to open them early, then who knows? Reading those letters could Rekindle your romance.
I'm so excited for you both and can't wait to watch this journey evolve!
Love, xoxoxo,
Alison
