Hey Kaushik,
From The impulsiveness...
Letter of introduction for...
To the alchemical masters of the Mortarchurn's Union, I greet you well.
I’ve been recently informed of your guild and I thought about how exciting it would be to be part of a Guild with a wealth of knowledge and skill in the alchemical ways. I’m writing you to express my interest in joining your guild and to learn more about upcoming apprenticeship opportunities.
I’ve been following the ways of alchemy for years and recently practicing the paths of hermetics. In my small village, I was taught by the alchemist, Sheridan Theas. As you may know, master Theas is enigmatic in many ways. Even so, during my time with them, I learned how to germinate most ingredients, and create potions of health of various qualities. In the years since I left my home, I've managed to make my way to the woods of Taeraway seeking rare alchemical herbs to study.
I’m excited by the idea of working with colleagues in the pursuit of opus alchymicum. I’ve enclosed my notes of the process in which I prepare a low-quality potion of healing, The notes are encoded in such a way that any who follows the way will understand. I’d love to sit down and talk with a fellow alchemist to learn new formulas and "talk shop" as it were. I would be greatly interested in learning how to discover unknown potion's effects and how to replicate them. Would you be open to sending a representative to meet with me at your convenience?
Sincerely,
Jericho Cadence
