I despise the wintertime chill, yet I find some comfort in the darkness. I finally get to grab you tight and provide you with warmth after work, and school.  I encircle you with my arm and let my hand rest where it seems to belong. My hand rests on your chest, and my hands softly round you just below your heart. As our energies feel in sync, I am at your center and I move together with every breath you take. You snore softly and drift off to sleep. You are so gorgeous and calm. I lose myself in thoughts of you and I. I give your back a little kiss in the middle while smiling. You've renewed the sexual energy and need I vividly recall since our first dates, and a part of me wishes to keep you awake, but instead, I  hold you. You're exhausted and are now getting some rest. I adore you. My favorite person is you. I consider you to be a part of me because you are my best friend and such a significant part of my life. You are once again standing next to me. I'm hoping my existence would allow you to feel my love even while you're overthinking  I hope my words will prove it to you if you do not seem to. It's amazing how little trust can fill us.
