Diplomats of the Congress
Napoleon has just surrendered to our allied army, one month after his decisive defeat at Waterloo.
Our Congress is now calling your presentation at Vienna to continually discuss the following actions we need to take on Napoleon himself and some further punishments on France. Besides this, we are in an urge to do more discussion about a little territorial issue within our fellow members.
It is our greatest honor to welcome you to write the future of our great continent and this beautiful world.
But please let me inform you two very important points.
1st, the one we just defeated, his name, is Napoleon Bonaparte.
2nd, the Napoleonic Wars we just ceased won’t be the last of this continent’s misery. Instead, more wars and revolutions are going to breakout and it appears they’ll be endless.
Because war-- War Never Changes.
