Dear April,
How are you? I got your letter and obviously you didn’t know you missed a visit with me. I waited at the children’s Aid office all afternoon December 23rd. then Miss Turner came and told me that Mrs. DeRosier called to say she wasn’t able to make it to town because she’d gotten stuck. Is that true? Anyways, I’m glad you’ve gotten through to your teachers. Have you heard anything further?
